Using Blockly visual programming language for controlling virtual robots

چکیده
The article describes a new learning programming environment that makes it possible to control Robot, Aquarius, and Turtle virtual robots by means of Blockly visual language. is set freely available web applications hosted in Internet. Such an approach provides for workability under all modern browsers both on desktop computers mobile devices. Automatic verification the correctness problem solutions robots. Suboptimal use excessive number blocks receive lower score due rating system (from one five "stars"). Visual Programming of Robots
Robot programming methodologies are moving from the traditional "Teach" and "O ine" into more human friendly, rapid and exible programming alternatives. In this paper a new Visual Robot Programming Methodology is introduced. The proposed programming methodology physically disconnects the robot programmer from the robot itself. Thus, the operator can move freely around in the production faciliti...
متن کاملFrom Robots to Animals: Virtual Fences for Controlling Cattle
We consider the problem of monitoring and controlling the position of herd animals, and view animals as networked agents with natural mobility but not strictly controllable. By exploiting knowledge of individual and herd behavior we would like to apply a vast body of theory in robotics and motion planning to achieving the constrained
متن کاملVisual Meta-Programming Language
This paper presents a relatively simple visual notation for meta-programming that spans multiple levels of abstraction. Two-dimensional data flow provides readable representations of meta-programs that expose potential parallelism. This work suggests visual notations for data structures, data flows, pattern matching, conditionals, iteration and synchronization. The framework provides encapsulat...
متن کاملVisual Programming Agents for Virtual Environments
As virtual reality systems become more commonplace the need for VR applications will increase. Agents are typically used to populate VR environments with autonomous creatures. Although systems exists incorporating agent and virtual environments, few support programming tools for specifying agent behavior. The paper presents the design of a system called HAVEN which uses a visual programming lan...
متن کاملControlling Virtual Worlds Through Extensible Natural Language
LogiMOO is a BinProlog based Virtual World that provides methods for Internet users to create virtual places, virtual objects, and intelligent agents. The original design of the LogiMOO kernel provided an interactive Prolog syntax interface. In this paper, we present a LogiMOO Natural Language interface based upon Assumption Grammar and Hidden Accumulator theory. This paper is electronically av...
